I ordered multiple items, but I only received one or some. Where is the rest of my order?
For orders containing multiple items, we may ship items separately, as soon as we can process each, at an extra cost to us, so that you can receive each item as soon as possible!
This means your full order may arrive in separate shipments.

Can I cancel my order?
No, cancellations are not allowed but we do accept exchanges. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange the changes. Note: We cannot make any changes for personalized/custom items unless we are contacted within 24 hours after placing the order.
How long does shipping take?
Due to high order volume, most orders will arrive within 2-6 weeks after processing.
We may send orders of multiple items separately to ensure you get each item as fast as possible.
